THE LOT

I always enjoy the comfortable reclining chair and theater dining experience here at Fashion Island. But when I was there for a movie this time what I saw was that the upholstery of our seats were peeling off very badly and my cup holder was also dirty. Obviously, they haven’t been maintained the theater regularly… Sad that’s what we paid for the high end theater dining experience… It looks like that this theater is falling apart…

5 stars!!! Tiffany and her team went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for our private birthday party for our kids. Everything was perfect she has such an eye for detail and made sure everyone of our guests were happy! Food was great, the decor was beautiful with linen and flowers, balloons and red carpet...the private room was a dream, it had an happy birthday banner and a great setting! We can't wait to book a private screening again soon!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent experience I had at your theatre. As someone who appreciates and pays for a luxury experience, the condition of the facilities was disheartening. The ripped chairs, torn leather, and overall uncleanliness not only marred the aesthetics but also compromised the comfort one expects from a premium theatre. Additionally, the dirty tables and the apparent lack of hygiene raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness standards. I believe in the potential of your theatre to provide a top-notch experience, but my recent visit fell far short of my expectations. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues promptly, as it not only affects the reputation of your establishment but also impacts the satisfaction of your patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Recently, my three students and I had the pleasure of enjoying the ultimate movie experience at The Lot, Fashion Island. I must say The Lot has now become our official reality-escaping home. From the moment we walked in the lobby, we were greeted by a smiling greeter who guided us to the will-call desk. Less than thirty seconds later, with tickets in hand, we headed to the concession stand where we met Mr. Rayner Chi, General Manager. His warmth and attentiveness to our needs added more to the already welcoming and friendly atmosphere even before we entered the theater. The theater was clean. The air was fresh. The seemingly-new (and smelling good) leather recliners were so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave our seats. We ordered The Lot Chicken Tenders with truffle fries, Kobe Beef Sliders with sweet potato, Chocolate Flan and popcorn (We would have enjoyed the Pan Seared Salmon, Shrimp Penne Pasta Pomodoro, Tuna Poke Bowl had we not made a reservation at PF Chang’s). The cheerful servers placed our food on the tray before the preview started. What sets The Lot apart from others is that wherever we looked – from the clean bathroom, to the impressive lounge area, to the theater, the perfect crowd size, The Lot delivers us with an experience that far exceeds our expectations. Everyone there did so with ease and smiles. Whether you seek to unwind after a long day, or simply to spend quality time with family and friends while watching a good movie, delight in delicious dishes (and wine), The Lot is the place.

Wish Movie on 11/21/2023 Suggest you to spend your recliner seat money elsewhere. Upon entering the movie hall, I was shocked to find seats that were ripped and hand rests covered in oily stains from previous visitors. The deteriorating condition of the seats, including broken springs, significantly detracted from the enjoyment of the movie. This not only impacted my personal experience but also that of my family, creating an unpleasant atmosphere during what should have been a festive occasion.

Nice movie 🎬 🎞 🎥 house excellent food service 👌 😋 😀 nice for families and group of friends or even for someone who loves going to movies even for some alone time 💜 check out the restaurant bar by the entrance lobby too as you wait for your movie time And Oh! Did I mentioned it's $12 all day every Wednesdays 🙉 compare to $20 on any other regular days...WHY NOT right??! 🤷‍♀️ Save that $8 for a bucket of 🍿 💯

Can confirm what previous reviews say about the lobby and bar being beautiful! Our food and drink were also good (a margarita and pretzel bites). Unfortunately our experience in the actual theater is what warrants the two stars. Our server was curt and gave the impression that we were inconveniencing him, which was a bummer because it was my first time here and I was pumped about the service experience. From the first interaction when he responded to our 'service button' thing, it felt like we were in his way. Another quick note: one of the recliner seats we paid for was entirely broken and did not move at all. The two seats next to us were falling apart and upholstery was peeling off.

Not sure about food quality but just now was trying to get some coffee and pastry. Spend waiting more then 10 minutes next to the coffee bar for someone to place the order. But no one showed up. At the same time I saw which cloth they r using to clean the coffee machine and steamer…. Brrrrah . I wouldn’t recommend buying food and drinks here
